Returns Policy

In order to use any of the services meaning to pay or return items you will need to register on the pharmocare.com website. We only accept orders from and despatch orders to addresses in the United Kingdom, It is your responsibility to check that your order is accurate before submitting it to us.
If an error is made before you have submitted the order this is of your own fault and it is your responsibility to check all information is correct.

If any items delivered to you is damaged on receipt this requires that you check the item as soon as it is delivery as we will not refund it if told at a later stage that it was received as damaged. Disconnected stock or old fragrances may be taken from the branch to fufil the order, therefore a store label might be present on the outer package. If this is a concern then please do not place an order.If after checked by the individual that the item has been damaged upon receiving it we will replace or repair the item free of charge or give you a refund of the total price you paid together with postage charge you paid to have the item sent back. The postage charge will be given once evidence of a receipt indicating the cost of postage is presented. Please be aware we will not provide a pre paid return label. 
Pharmocare aim to despatch orders within 7 days to the address provided. These timescales are estimated only. However if you do you receive your order within 14 days of us confirming your purchase you must notify us either by email, phone or a letter and we will investigate the matter providing your cooperation.

You have the right to cancel orders for goods which you have placed on the website, the phone and by mail for up to 7 working days after the date on which the items are delivered.
It is your responsibility to check the goods upon arrive to you if however you wish
to cancel or return the goods you can do so in writing.

We try to have sufficient stock of all items however some items may be out of stock or unavailable from our suppliers if so this will be indicated next to the item or we will let you know via email if the item is unavailable.

When we receive an order from you we will confirm we have received your order via an email to the address you have provided however we reserve the rights to reject any order.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement for any goods only if these goods are returned to us in the agreed 7 days from the date you receive the goods however this only applies if they are in their original, unopened and not used or damaged conditions. We will only give a refund once the goods have reached us.
